May these Bible verses inspire and encourage you for the month of June and always. June marks the official start of summer. The once dormant trees have sprung back to life. Everything is green. It’s a new season, a season for new growth. May you always be growing!

In June we also celebrate Father’s Day. I have some personal thoughts on fathers which I share in this post God Bless Fathers On Earth and In Heaven.

  4. Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.  – Matthew 11:28
  5. In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness;  for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. – Romans 8:26
  6. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. – Matthew 7:8
  7. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.  â€“ Matthew 24:35

  21. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to your site, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. – Psalm 19:14
  22.  Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. – Psalm 27:14
  23. A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.  – Proverbs 15:13
  24. And you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. – John 8:32
  25. Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?  Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him? – Matthew 7:9-11

  29. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. – Psalm 19:8
  30. The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. – Psalm 126:3
